Cooled Conservatories & OCBC Skyway:
- Opens 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM daily
- Last ticket sale at 8:00 PM daily
- Last admission at 8:30 PM daily
Garden Cruiser
- Monday* - Friday
9:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Last ride)
*Service begins at 12:00 PM every first Monday of the month

Garden Admission
Access to the Outdoor Gardens in Bay South is free.
Tickets to the Cooled Conservatories and OCBC Skyway may be purchased at the Ticketing Hub. Admission rates are as follows:

- The holder of the Friends of the Gardens Card (‘Card’) will be entitled to unlimited admission into the Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and the OCBC Skyway, except during maintenance/special event(s) as stipulated by Gardens by the Bay (‘GB’).
- Friends of the Gardens members shall enjoy discounts and promotions at all GB retail shops and participating F&B outlets (terms and conditions apply).
- Friends of the Gardens members shall enjoy free parking for the first 2 hours of their visit.
- The Card is valid for One (1) year from date of purchase. For Friends of the Gardens members who continue with the same scheme at renewal, the new membership will commence when the old one expires. For changes in schemes, the new membership will commence on the date of purchase.
- The Card must be presented for the cardholder to enjoy the discounts and benefits stipulated herein.
- The Card is issued by Gardens by the Bay and remains the property of GB.
- The Card is strictly non-transferable.
- Membership fees shall be paid in full and are strictly non-refundable.
- ‘Family’ membership is limited to a maximum of 2 adults and a maximum of 3 children (aged 3 ≤ 12 years old). ‘Family Plus’ membership is limited to a maximum of 5 persons. Only ONE Card will be issued for 'Family' and ‘Family Plus’ memberships.
- An administrative fee of SGD$20 (inclusive of the prevailing GST rate) shall be levied on loss/replacement of the Card.
- GB reserves the right to request for official identification with the Card for verification and entry into the Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and the OCBC Skyway.
- GB reserves the right to decline new membership applications and to withdraw any programme, at any time.
- GB reserves the right to reject any application or renewal and to suspend or terminate a membership without liability or refund.
- GB reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate any part of the benefits, discounts, and/or terms & conditions without prior notice.
- GB will not be held responsible for any injuries, damage/loss of property(s) when members visit GB.
*Singapore citizens, permanent residents and those living in Singapore, including holders of employment passes, work permits or dependent passes. Proof of residency may be required when purchasing tickets or when entering conservatories.

Accessibility
The Gardens is wheelchair-friendly with ramps and special lifts installed in the cooled Conservatories. Wheelchairs can be rented at the Visitor Information Counters at the Visitor Centre and The Canopy for $2 per day. Should you require any assistance, kindly approach a member of our staff for directions to these ramps or lifts. Please refer to the Gardens Map for detailed barrier free routes throughout the Gardens.
Visiting Guidelines
The following are a few of the basic rules to ensure the most pleasurable experience possible at the Gardens.
Littering in the Gardens
Littering is prohibited by law in Singapore and is subject to a fine. Please keep the Gardens clean by disposing all litter in the designated bins provided.
Picnic in the Gardens
Picnics at most parts of the Gardens, with the exception of the Conservatories, is permitted. No picnic furniture is allowed throughout the Gardens.
Food and Drinks consumption in the Conservatories
Food and drinks are prohibited in the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest.
BBQ in the Gardens
BBQ is prohibited on the grounds of the Gardens.
Dogs in the Gardens
Dogs are permitted to the outdoor gardens but not into the Conservatories and OCBC Skyway. Please keep the dogs on a leash and muzzle breeds of dogs specified under the Animals & Birds (Dog Licensing & Control) Rules. Do clean up after your dogs and dispose of all waste in a hygienic manner.
Smoking in the Gardens
The Gardens are a strictly smoke-free environment.
Cycling in the Gardens
Bicycles/tricycles, roller skates, skateboards, scooters are prohibited in the Gardens. If you are cycling to Bay South Gardens, please secure your bike at the bike stands available and enjoy the Gardens on foot. Cycling is permitted along the perimeter of Bay East Interim Garden.
Kite flying, swimming and fishing in the Gardens
Kite flying, swimming and fishing are prohibited throughout the Gardens.
Filming & Photography in the Gardens
Filming and photography for your personal memories is welcome. For commercial filming and photography, prior approval is necessary. Kindly download and complete a request form with prevailing Terms & Conditions, and submit to
feedback@gardensbythebay.com.sg 7 days in advance for evaluation.
Organised Activities in the Gardens
To ensure the best experience for all visitors, organised activities in the Gardens is prohibited unless a prior approval is obtained.
